During the summer, my mom & I love to make summer fruit juices and smoothies. She recently found this recipe on Will Cook for Friends, and we tried it out this morning. It is delicious, and we even made a second batch! Very simple, and can easily be altered for vegan & raw foodists.
Ingredients include honeydew melon, coconut milk (we improvised and mixed coconut cream & coconut water), mint leaves, lime (we have a lemon tree, so this worked fine as well), honey or coconut nectar (I’m sure agave would work too) & ice.
